Shipping

Delivery prices may vary depending on a Region. However, all in-stock knits are dispatched within 3 working days.

Have a handmade piece in your order? They are made-to-order ; some handmade products might take up to 14 business days to make.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 3PM EET will be processed the next business day (not including weekends and public holidays).

We will notify you when your order has been picked up by the courier and it is on its’ way.

Exchanges and Returns

We want to make sure you love our pieces. If you’d like a different size or choose another direction altogether, we are here to help, just get in touch with us.

If you want to return or exchange your item, just drop us an email at info@vanillaknit.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return/ exchange. We will happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in sell-able condition with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange shipped out within 14 days of you receiving the item. An item can be exchanged once free of charge, but all return shipment costs remain the customers’ duty.

Please note that all sale and custom-sizing items are on final sale, meaning they cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or altered.
